First time at Mindful Balance. Mary was great. Really spent time to get to know you. Loved her technique. Highly recommend.

Mary gives the best relaxing and therapeutic massage I've ever had. She's na expert at releasing muscle tension and restoring balance in the body. She released jaw tension from clenching and grinding my jaw in my sleep. She also released my hips and low back so well and gently that my posture shifted before and after my session. I highly recommend Mary at Mindful Balance Massage!
