Loved it! I am an LMT and I felt so much better after my SMRT session.
Mary is great. Had my 1st session and was impressed with the massage that was both restorative and relaxing. If you’re on the fence, give her a shot, the results will speak for themselves.
Mary gives the best relaxing and therapeutic massage I've ever had. She's na expert at releasing muscle tension and restoring balance in the body. She released jaw tension from clenching and grinding my jaw in my sleep. She also released my hips and low back so well and gently that my posture shifted before and after my session. I highly recommend Mary at Mindful Balance Massage!

Mary has magic flowing from her fingertips! She listens to my needs, has excellent bedside manner, is respectful of my body and comfort level, but most of all, she knows what she’s doing and she’s GOOD at it. I always walk out of her office feeling more relaxed, pain free, and less weighed down. My shoulder pain was so bad it kept me up, tossing and turning at night but I walked away from her massage and slept better than I have in a long time. THANK YOU, Mary.
