I had an excellent experience during my initial visit with Primary Care Minden Village, with Leticia Montes as my primary care provider. I come from Dayton to get care here and it has just increasingly got worse ... I have gone through to many providers there and in such a short time . I have been turned away at an appointment today that they made for me without them checking the information on their end I could not do anything about it ... 3 hours of my time to be turned away .
I can’t say enough about the great care I receive here. My primary care provider, Tilda Martin, is so conscientious and careful and caring and compassionate. She knows me and my conditions. She takes the necessary time during visits to understand and respond. Marsha, the nurse who almost always supports is awesome and kind. The front office is responsive and helpful. And the student Tilly had working with her this week was so careful and knowledgeable and nice. Thank you folks! You make a huge difference!
The best at being the worst. Years ago, my doctor retired, and due to circumstances, I missed the opportunity to transfer to his recommendation. After months of searching, this is one of the few local doctors accepting new patients, and it's easy to see why. After my first visit, the doctor found nothing and gave nearly no recommendation or further investigation into the issue I had. That doctor then retired, and I was seen by a new one. I had to fill out a whole packet of information again because "they lost the first one."... read more
