I had an excellent experience during my initial visit with Primary Care Minden Village, with Leticia Montes as my primary care provider. From start to finish, the service was fast, efficient, and incredibly well-organized. My 8:30 a.m. appointment started right on time with no waiting, which I truly appreciated. I come from Dayton to get care here and it has just increasingly got worse ... I have gone through to many providers there and in such a short time . I have been turned away at an appointment today that they made for me without them checking the information on their end I could not do anything about it ... 3 hours of my time to be turned away .

I can’t say enough about the great care I receive here. My primary care provider, Tilda Martin, is so conscientious and careful and caring and compassionate. She knows me and my conditions. She takes the necessary time during visits to understand and respond. Marsha, the nurse who almost always supports is awesome and kind. The front office is responsive and helpful. And the student Tilly had working with her this week was so careful and knowledgeable and nice. Thank you folks! You make a huge difference!
