Mindcolor has created such a welcoming and supportive space for ABA therapy. The staff are kind, approachable, and truly invested in helping kids grow. I’ve been impressed with how well they work together and how willing they are to collaborate with families and other providers to make sure each child is supported. They keep caregivers involved with regular communication and training, which makes a big difference. The leadership and BCBAs are also very present and engaged, which shows in the quality of care. Very disappointed with how my great grandson was dismissed from therapy here after two years. Communication is lacking and follow through is non existent. They consistently have staffing issues and communicate last minute he can attend for the day, the afternoon or not at all. So much more I can say however the one thing I can say is STAY AWAY from this company unless you want to be treated with disrespect as well as your child.
Stay away. Unprofessional, lack of communication. Had a meeting discussing my sons care earlier in the week, and no mention was made of discontinuing or possible suspension of his care until 5 minutes after his session was supposed to take place. Kate has shown me no regard for the care of my child. The actions that have taken place are toeing the line of client abandonment.
