I understand charging a missed appointment fee, but when I am snowed in at my home in Burns? Seriously? In all honesty, I was not all that impressed with Julie. I had a very limited time to get seen, as it was the end of the year and I have a large deductible that was finally met. When I have specific concerns that I want to address and only a few appointments to be seen, spending 45 minutes of my hour talking about my goats was a pretty poor use of time. I got absolutely nothing out of being seen here.
Very relaxing & comfortable environment. Kind friendly staff and wonderful counselors.
