I appreciate this practice so much. To be able to refer clients to them without having to worry about the experience they may have, is truly a blessing. They are ethical, compassionate and always professional.
I have worked with Anna Bova as a fellow provider and I can say she is a compassionate, funny, and quick-to-respond provider. I know it can be so hard to find responsive providers who "get it" and Anna is truly a gem. Anna is also specialized and adept in working with eating disorders, in addition to many other mental health topics. I highly recommend her for counseling.
So they reviewed their files from two and three years ago. They found they didn’t bill me for $35. Never called or emailed. I get a threaten letter to pay immediately or it will be sent to collections. A mistake on THEIR part and they threaten me? Shitty practice for a shitty place!
