So they reviewed their files from two and three years ago. They found they didn’t bill me for $35. Never called or emailed. I get a threaten letter to pay immediately or it will be sent to collections. A mistake on THEIR part and they threaten me? Shitty practice for a shitty place!

I had a good experience here. I specifically got a diagnostic evaluation for a condition. It was somewhat difficult getting replies via email, but I'm not sure if they have a helpdesk system and I was doing something wrong. I assume calling by phone would work fine though.
