I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Tamara Russell’s office was deeply frustrating and deserves to be shared. I scheduled a consultation in good faith, completed an extensive intake process that took me 3 hours, and received multiple confirmations that my appointment was set. Then, just one hour before the scheduled appointment, I received a generic cancellation notice through Alma with no explanation or courtesy call.
