The Dr and his assistant are fine, but... This is truly the most horribly run medical office I’ve ever experienced. The disorganized, spiteful staff is incredibly unprofessional and holds my meds hostage. Here’s an example: (one of many) On Thursday I called to get a refill of my Wellbutrin prescription (a prescription that hasn’t changed in years). Dr. Elshafei is the smartest, most compassionate, most up to date and over all best psychiatrist I have ever worked with. He is worth the long and often chaotic wait of his waiting room. Hopefully by now they have got all that under control. But anyway Dr. Elshafei is one of my favorite people ever.
It's a nice place, they are trying to help too much people and they are listening to everyone feedback and working on it.
Dr. Ashraf is the best doctor I ever had I would recommend everyone to go to him you can find no other doctor like him he is awesome and he is the best and this stuff is also very good
