RecommendedMy primary LMT was on vacation, and a colleague of mine recommended that I try Valerie at the Mind, Body & Spirit office in Cedar Rapids. It was an excellent referral. Valerie is an exceptional LMT... very professional... great communicator... and I received an excellent massage. If you are looking for a new LMT in the area, then I would certainly recommend calling this office and giving Valerie a try.
For prenatal visits and general alignment Dr. Ledger is amazing! She is so good with my newborn son and takes her time with you during your appointment. Gentle touch but strong results!
Who knew a chiropractic appointment could be relaxing?! Instead of feeling rushed through and sold to I left feeling instant physical relief and an overall sense of calm. I couldn't recommend it more~!!! ☺️
