Over promise, under delivery. Ask the same questions on different visits. Goes on a 45 minutes lunch break while you are in pain. Abbey Hall would say she will email you with info but never does unless you keep reminding her. You will not hear from Abbey Hall after your child's birth unless she is asking for money. Very disappointed. Oh, if she tells you the cost is FSA eligible, she is wrong. You won't get FSA reimbursed.
