This company billed my insurance three times and I never received services from them. I Only inquired about therapy service and decided to go with another company. Do not use this company, not sure what kind of scam they are running. But I'm calling my insurance company ASAP. They even tried to send me invoices to pay them which they canceled out, but they still billed my insurance company.
Where do I start NEVERRRRR waste your time speaking with SANDRA OCHA or OCHOA , in my experience she was extremely combative and difficult to work with even though SHE was the one that was supposed to maintain professionalism - especially in the place of business she works .. but speaking with the supervisor I can see why they’re allowed to carry on as such !! she was not easy to speak with at all !!
