Attended "Mindfulness Monday" with Annamarie tonight. I really like the gentle sitting yoga combined with mindfulness meditation. I'm not very flexible and this is the perfect way to de-stress without hurting myself! Highly recommend for first timers. :)

I had a great time there. they had a drum circle and there was a good turnout.
I had the BEST experience with guided meditation sessions w AnnaMarie along with Rheki w. Melissa. My energy and chakras were cleared and I immediately felt better after each session. Gorgeous layout and positive staff make it an easy place to meditate and encourage positive energy for all. The MBA app is awesome and the guided meditations on the Insight Timer app that AM has recorded are so helpful and I listen nightly. Obsessed with MBA!
The Women’s Coffee Talk has been a great way to meet other women in our community, learn together, share knowledge and experiences and discover we are not all as different as we think.
Love going there.
Just wishing I had the time to become a bigger part of it.
