I had a terrific experience with Mind Balance Counseling. From the very first phone call, the staff made me feel welcomed & genuinely cared for. The front desk team is friendly & organized making scheduling a smooth process. the team created a warm, healing environment for me. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking therapy in a place where you’ll be treated with empathy.

McKenna has been incredibly compassionate and has helped me process so much of my trauma. She really knows how to dig deep and her therapy style has been very helpful. She allows me to reflect on things that I wouldnt have thought of on my own! Unfortunately since I am moving out of state, I will no longer have her- but anyone would be blessed to have her as a therapist. Thank you Mckenna!

Jessica Cortez was an amazing therapist and helped me so much during my sessions with her. I was in a car accident in Nov. 2023 and was referred to MBC by my neurologist. I was assigned to Jessica and I was very pleased with how she took care of me with each meeting. She took the time to explain everything in a manner that was easy to comprehend and made it so interesting that I was amazed at how the brain works. My therapist was great. 10/10. The psychiatrist never ordered my prescription into my pharmacy. I called and texted for a month and never got any satisfaction from them or apology. I then learned the psychiatrist was fired for negligence and they never contacted me to set up an appointment with another one to get a prescription going again. Very unprofessional with both the staff and psychiatrist. Therapist was amazing.
