I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Talia Nelson. She was amazing, professional, compassionate, and truly made me feel comfortable and heard throughout my visit. Elise was also very kind and welcoming. The entire experience was positive, and I genuinely appreciate the care, kindness, and professionalism shown by everyone. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and look forward to continuing my care with her!
Edit to say: Elise (?) Is extremely helpful and is able to help you without the back and forth. She also was able to set up a plan for me to work around my job schedule moving forward. I am still trying to figure out this place after 6 months as a patient. The office staff is not the greatest. Sometimes I wonder if they're utilizing a foreign call center because there is a large language barrier and it always sounds like they're driving. Sometimes I wonder if they're utilizing a foreign call center because there is a large language barrier and it always sounds like they're driving.
