Dr. Talia Nelson is great! She is very personable, nonjudgmental, and a great listener. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the building itself was not very inviting. It was difficult to find the entrance and the bathrooms had no soap or paper towels.
From the moment I walked in, I felt like I actually mattered — not just another patient, but a real person. Ms. Nelson has this rare ability to just put you at ease. She never rushes, she takes her time, and she genuinely listens — which honestly isn't something you find often anymore. Her care and thoughtfulness blew me away. She asked all the right questions, broke everything down so I could actually understand it, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. It was a good first appointment that left me feeling confident in Talia’s plan for treatment. The only thing is, I was told I would be contacted to set up my follow up and that has not happened just yet. I am hoping I will be able to continue to see Talia moving forward.
