It was a good first appointment that left me feeling confident in Talia’s plan for treatment. The only thing is, I was told I would be contacted to set up my follow up and that has not happened just yet. I am hoping I will be able to continue to see Talia moving forward.
My experience with Mind Body & Wellness has been great. I have a life long history of untreated Mental Illness since a kid, I've worked with Mental health at other places but their treatment plans or therapy wasn't effective. I've only been working with mind, Body & Wellness for a few months and they've been able to provide me the necessary treatment to really help me get better and heal. Dr. Talia Nelson is absolutely amazing, the best experience i’ve had with a psychiatrist! She and her staff are very quick to get back to you as well. Highly recommend!
