I was having personal and marital issues and needed some help working through my stress. I was able to book with Tammy Lalonde for a some sessions and I will say she listened to me with care and compassion, helped guide me towards much better days and I am forever grateful that I just took the courage to finally confront my issues head on with Tammy and I have removed so much stress and anxiety I once carried. I was nervous when I initially booked my appointment, unsure of what to expect as I hadn't had a psycho-therapist in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised by how great Sahar is. She's very knowledgable, warm and I felt that I was able to open up to her with ease. She is very attentive and very intelligent. I highly recommend this clinic. I'm sure any other provider you book with is equally as great.

Sachi is a great therapist, she is warm, skilled and non-judgmental. She genuinely cares about her work and her clients, creating trust and a safe place to talk about issues.
