I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I hope it helps mental health clinics think more carefully about how they communicate with their clients. Terrible because I screened them by asking to they provide trauma informed care and the intake worker told me they provide trauma informed care and asked me to share my life. He assured me they could help. Asked my triggering questions that weren’t trauma informed and caused distress and then came back an hour later saying he couldn’t help. Terrible experience with them as intake worker wasn’t trauma informed and over promised and under delivered
Alanna is amazing. She's so kind and helpful. I immediately felt at ease with her and able to truly work on my issues. Kind of sad to be done my sessions. Highly recommend mind2heart for all ages! Amazing staff and great customer service
I was having personal and marital issues and needed some help working through my stress. I was able to book with Tammy Lalonde for a some sessions and I will say she listened to me with care and compassion, helped guide me towards much better days and I am forever grateful that I just took the courage to finally confront my issues head on with Tammy and I have removed so much stress and anxiety I once carried. Life changing! Thanks Tammy!
I was nervous when I initially booked my appointment, unsure of what to expect as I hadn't had a psycho-therapist in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised by how great Sahar is. She's very knowledgable, warm and I felt that I was able to open up to her with ease. She is very attentive and very intelligent. I highly recommend this clinic. I'm sure any other provider you book with is equally as great.
