I've been experiencing some issues within my life and my sister in law is also a therapist and suggested mind2hearts I'm extremely glad I went there SACHI is a gem she's given me the tools to help control my anger, how to express myself in a way where I'm not defensive constantly and way to just let go of my anger...If anyone is thinking of therapy I highly suggest coming here the mind2hearts team is amazing and well worth it
Sahar is one of the warmest, kindest people I have ever met. She has such a nurturing and patient approach that immediately puts you at ease. She truly takes her time to connect, creating a safe and comforting space where you can open up completely without fear of judgment. Her understanding and compassion shine through and it’s clear that she genuinely cares. She truly listens with her heart.

This is a safe place. I have decades worth of different experiences with mental health professionals. Individuals trained with RSW MSW have unique training that brings in environmental, hereditary and social complexes into their therapy. My recommendation is for long term therapy or deep, trauma based mental health services look for these professionals. This clinic offers these professionals a place to use their skills.. especially catering to people with neuro divergence. Thank you.
Amazing experience at Mind 2 Heart. Meghan was so wonderful, and easy to open up to. An all around positive environment in the whole clinic!!
