Don't use them! They do have a nice pet fee compared to other rentals, and I was fairly happy with them, until I left. After giving plenty of notice and leaving the house cleaner than when I moved into it, they have yet to return my deposit! I moved out at the end of July and have yet to receive even a partial deposit back, despite sending a certified letter.
