A+ Mom and Pop Sushi Spot, Great Value – Just went there for the first time after researching sushi places near me. Wonderful place! I say this as someone who loves sushi and has eaten a lot of it.The service was great (though they don't deliver) and the couple who run the place are incredibly friendly - they put in the extra effort to make sure you leave happy. Great sushi – This place is great, in an area surrounded by sushi joints and the infamous Kitaro only one block away, this place beats them all hands down. Its a a small family run joint, customer service is excellent. When you walk in they are actually glad to see you. There is only one sushi chef and the waitress is his wife or son. Hole in the wall heaven – My favorite sushi place in the city. It's inexpensive. The food is great and not complicated and there is nothing yoou can go wrong with. The value is excellent. Although it's not fancy and really small, it's one of those secret favorite spots that you keep coming back to. The owners remember you and are very friendly. I love this place.
Anonymous – I would highly recommend Minami's. The people are friendly, the food is great & its affordable. There really isn't anything on the menu that you could go wrong with. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed.
