We like the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and doctors .
After I scheduled my initial appointment I found another natural dentist closer to my house but decided to keep this appointment because of how helpful and knowledgable the person answering the phone was. So glad I did beause it was a pleseant experience from begging to end. Loved the staff, loved the information, and really loved the use of more advanced equipment and procedures. All persons involved, the hygienist, the dentist, and the office personnel, are very thorough, competent, friendly and helpful. My only problem was that the hygienist and the dentist talked very fast and for me with hearing problems it was a little difficult at times to keep up with them.
I felt so taken care of at my first dental appt in many years. No shame, just acceptance and encouragement in moving forward with my dental plan. Everyone was gentle and highly proficient in dental care. Thank you!
