Bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler. Was very satisfied with the service and quality of the vehicle. Noticed a crack in the hard top before I bought the Jeep, so I asked if they could throw in a new soft top for me. They agreed. Once they received payment they turned around and said we're only giving you $700 to buy a soft top. Soft tops cost $1500. So they screwed me out of a soft top.
