Dr Mina is a great doctor! She is always positive, pleasant , helpful & so professional.
I had a mixed experience with Dr. Mortezai. While she was thorough and spent a lot of time with me during each visit, there were several aspects of my care that didn’t sit well with me. She required separate visits for my PAP and annual checkup, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. Additionally, she insisted on annual PAPs to refill my birth control, even though guidelines only recommend them every five years for those with normal results. Great doctors and a friendly staff.
She was my PCP from Cigna. I booked an appointment for a regular check up and a Pap test. Arrived there and they told me they couldn’t do both during the same appointment because it was 1 topic per visit and I had to rebook an appointment just for the pap (pap test took 5 minutes the next week) and check up was 10 minutes. They charge 100$ for a consultation, so I understand why they forced me to come back the week later so I could pay twice.
