The only thing that made the experience 4 stars was the long wait. Apparently, staff was to let us know if the wait, but didn’t. They all were apologetic.
Dr. Zhoa and staff from Sharp provided me excellent care always. I have good experiences from receptionist, lab tech., pharmacy, nurse and physician. Thank you.
