Dr Lou identified my aoreta valve. At the first visit Listened to my heart Said it’s the valve and then did test and then helped me get scheduled She is good. Efficient as was her staff I’ve had lots of cardiologist and other than Cleveland. She is one of good ones
I think care is lacking in communication as now there is no longer a way to communicate via my chart ! Can't ask question nor give information nor request meds. I think this is poor.
Check in was easy and the receptionist very nice. Nurse was happy and made things comfortable. Dr Luo was direct, spent 5 minutes with me and left. Better communication on her part would be welcomed, especially after driving 65 minutes to see her.
