Great property manager! Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She's lived in Ventura County her entire life and really knows her stuff!
Horrible service. Called in advance and didn't get a return call for a property. When she answered and I said "oh wow it went fast, I called yesterday" the response was "what did you expect..." I would give 0 stars if I could. My advice is to use another company that provides better service
We had the worst experience with kim and her team. We had applied to rent a home that kim and her team manage. We had 3 adults applying and together we made well over the monthly rent. Kim called me because she had some “concerns” on our applications. My husband and i just got married 3 months ago and spent thousands and thousands of dollars on our wedding, She was grilling me on why we didn’t have a lot of money in our savings.
