I had a very disappointing experience at this jewelry store. I brought in two bracelets for repair, and I was verbally told that one would cost $10 and the other $20. Based on that, I agreed to the service. When I was given the receipt, I didn’t double-check the invoice at the time. However, when I came back to pick up my bracelets, I was told the total was $45.
