Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
What a treasure! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the dishes we inquired about. The bread and dipping oil was very tasty and when we asked for more bread, they also brought more dipping oil. The Lobster Ravioli was the best I've ever eaten. I had dinner last night on New Years Eve with my mother, sister and niece. The food was out of this world! From the bread and dipping oil to the salads and the best part the entrees! I highly recommend the Caesar salad and the Mimmo's chicken marsala and the fettucini alfredo with chicken. The service was great. And to my surprise the owner came over to check and make sure everything was alright. What a great dining experience! I highly recommend Mimmo's! :)
This place is a MUST! The Garlic knots are delicious and the alfredo was some of the best I've ever had! Definitely get a cannoli too!!! This is my new favorite go to for local restaurants!
Mimmo's is the place to eat where your in Destin the service is great and the food is authentic. Where else will the owner come out and check on you and ask if the food isto your liking!
Not only is the food so awesome and always consistent... the staff is super friendly , the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. If Mimmo is there, he always speaks to each and every customer that comes thru the doors. Whether I am getting food to go or dining in, my experience has always been five star!
Enjoyed dinner this evening at Mimmo's. My husband had the house Veal Marsala and I had a special with panchetta and gnocchi. Both entrees were delicious and the service was excellent, too.
We were referred here by my niece and nephew. My sister was here from Texas and we were looking for a great place to eat. We decided to give Mimmo's a shot. We could not have been happier. The waitress was great with an awesome memory, nothing written down. The breads and the entrees were superb. My only regret, no sweet tea. Oh well, not a stumbling block for me, we will be back!!!!
This is the best Italian I've had in this area and among the best I've had in my life. I grew up in an Italian family from New York and I've also lived in Europe and visited Italy multiple times. Mimmo's is the real deal.
