I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Mimi Yue Wu Young’s VA office. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I arrived on time after driving 1 hour and 40 minutes. I was not seen until much later—a resident came in at 2:42 PM for preliminary questions, followed by a nurse at 3:20 PM. By 3:39 PM, I had still not seen the doctor and decided to leave.
