this is an Asian spa - beware if you don't or won't tip up front I didn't realize this was an Asian spa when I booked my appointment there. Actually, I didn't book it, my assistant booked it for me. Ugh. Anyway, Asian spas are just fine, as long as you understand they work a little differnently than traditional spas.
