I came in hopeful for a quick polish change after going to another salon earlier in the week and being left with polish a toddler could have done better. I will definitely be coming back, she took her time and made sure my toes looked like they had been professionally done.
I had two pedicures Full leg wax,eyebrows and upper lip and underarm waxing today. And waxing experience was really bad. She did only the front of the leg and when i asked why shes not doing the back she said that its not included and only if needed they do it. It was a surprise to me because i use to come to this place and this is the first time im hearing this.. The guy rushed through my pedicure. Did a very poor job when I asked if He could do more of my cuticles he acted annoyed. Also my feet haven’t even been soaked when He started working on them!! Was fone there in under half hour . I let the manager know why I didn’t tip Him but She just acted annoyed! Wouldn’t even listen to me and She sayed mHe did a good job! She didn’t even looked at my feet!! Bad customer service and bad Pedicure !!!! Will never go back there again!!!
Always a great experience with V! Being in the beauty industry for over twenty years I am super particular about sanitation , attention to detail, and who I really vibe with. I’m so thankful for finding V. She’s a lot of fun and very talented!
