I leave this review with the kindest intentions but: I was really excited to try this new nail spot since it’s close to home and had great reviews. I booked a 10:30 AM appointment with Julie for the advertised $45 bio-gel fill + manicure bundle, plus a $5 nail art add-on. Mimi's is my go to nail place in the neighbourhood. Nora is fantastic and is willing to try out new designs and styles. I always love the end result. Will be back again!
I had an appointment but was left waiting without any update. After 15 minutes, I asked how much longer and was told it would be another 15 minutes—without any apology. They said they were short-staffed, but that could have been communicated before the appointment. Poor customer service.
Amazing experience, staff is very nice and I got a great service. I highly recommend this place
