Very kind staff member that replaced my bracelet and wide range to buy from
I liked the products but Noone came to ask if I would like help, I enquired about a specific range and whilst I appreciate there was no match there was no interest in offering other similar items or ideas. In fact the girl made it clear she wasn't willing to engage so I left. It's interesting how another store in the mall was opposite and two young bubbly people came to help trying different ideas.
No one could be bothered to help or ask if they could help. So walked on out !!
Poor service and rude staff. The both of staff had no idea what they were doing and even one day f them was talking with her friends in the front of the store and kept stuck in the entrance. Customers were suspected of stealing the items. Very rude customer service.
