Went to Mimco today at 2ish, The shop looked really presentable and clean, on arrival the shop attendants were occupied as the store was full, I browsed the store and found what I was looking for, I waited to be served or even approached by staff but to my utter disgusted I was completely ignored as I waited for help with absolutely no customers in store, I stood there with my daughters while the staff had conversations about who was making more money today and who had sold more items, not once did either of them say hello o... read more

I’m writing this as a formal complaint because the behaviour I experienced from one of your staff members I believe named Yelena advised by the other polite staff member working at garden city Mimco on the 23/11/25 was completely unacceptable and genuinely concerning. I had just made an $800 purchase, including an Apple Watch band, and your staff informed me that I could get the links adjusted at any Mimco. I have been a member for years, have spent thousands of dollars and I went to Garden City today and I was appalled at the service. Not to mention they left a security tag on my purchase! I’ll only shop online in future.
