Hi, I had been to Mimco Booragoon today and was served by these two lovely ladies- Tammy and Lara. They were very helpful with everything. I wish we have more people like them in customer service. I left the store as a very happy customer. Thank you Tammy and Lara. You guys deserve to be rewarded.

The lady with the short grey pixie hair was quite rude when I came into the store. I needed to return a ring and she kept asking me for the ladies name that served me, in a way that she was going to tell the lady off. Rude, unprofessional and called me mate

Staff are helpful and friendly - I'm always greeted while I'm in the shop. They are willing to help track down an item that is not currently on the shop floor.

I would give zero stars if I could. I rang the store several times regarding an order collection and they told me to hold but NEVER got back to me and they left their phone off the receiver so it was permanently engaged, and I could not make any further calls. Very bad, very unprofessional and rude customer service. My mum and I will NOT be shopping there ever again.

I had a very disappointing experience at Mimco Booragoon. The staff member with short grey hair, who previously worked at Carousel David Jones Mimco, was quite rude. She gave unpleasant looks when I touched items and created the feeling that customers should leave if they are not purchasing. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, my friend and I will not be returning to Booragoon Mimco as long as she is working there.
