I came in today looking for a bag and the lovely girl (Tara) helped me out heaps. She was attentive and sweet and she even put a leather protective spray on the bag for me. I left the store feeling very happy with my purchase.
Absolutely spectacular experience! Lovely girl named Tara had assisted me and my granddaughter when buying her birthday gift and even though she’s a little shy Tara made her feel comfortable enough to ask questions! On top of that when I mentioned issues with holding my keys straight because of my Parkinson’s she recommended me a keyring strap to assist! Such a lovely girl 10/10 will be returning xx
This is not about the service since i did not receive any service from staff due to them were on lunch break from 1pm (when i was there), and being told by other ignorance Myer staff that “she wont be back until 2pm”- of course they dont want to help/assist since it is “not their stuff” It is rather disappointed and the feedback to the company about staff level at the store where customers are mainly office people (City- shopping mall store) and no alternative staff serving at the counter when one goes on break.
Lovely young girl with dark hair was a delight to be served by her. She explained to 20% off extra on already specials.
