I have had over 20 years experience receiving massage and chiropractor care. Milwaukie spine and sports are the best in their field. They are very knowledgeable. Very detailed and send you home with recommendations on how to treat yourself in between appointments. They really want to heal you and not keep you as a long term patient who remains in pain.
