I had an extensive right shoulder labrum injury and I was hesitant to have surgery. Dr Gertel was very patient and thorough and tried everything to avoid surgery. But in the end, it was necessary. I am so glad I went his him and his group. The surgery went well, his bedside manner was fantastic, and his conservative approach to recovery made it a success. Horrible experience. They changed my mom's surgery time 3x. Isabel was a condescending and rude person. I left numerous messages with no timely responses and sometimes no response at all. When you give a surgery time it should not be changed 3x as we had friends and family members plan around their schedules with my mom's pick up times and her plans for her rehabilitation at La Sata in Cedarburg. In one day, I was TOLD BY 3 DIFFERENT people 3 DIFFERENT surgery times for her July 9th surgery date.... scary... I saved 3 differ... read more
I went for my initial consultation. I found the staff to be welcoming,,friendly and easy to work with. Dr Graf explained my xray well and laid out my options and a plan. I was very pleased with the visit. Follow up had a total hip replacement in November 2023 cannot say enough good things about how well the surgery went and the treatment from all those involved I am now walking pain free again
I saw Dr. Graff for an initial evaluation on my right shoulder. He is so personable and listened to my descriptions of pain, etc. Took x-rays, nice technician. He showed me the x-rays, we talked, and came up with a plan that we both thought was the best option. Highly recommend Dr. Graffiti 😊
