Very kind, but extremely short staffed. If it's truly an emergency, go to a bigger hospital. Their ultrasound person is outsourced, waited an hour for on-call person to show. Then radiologist read the ultrasound, not on site. I'm sure they are juggling several hospitals, that took 2 hours. If your needs can be handled by dr/rn, go; but if it is more emergent or u have time to wait, go to bigger hospital.
Most all of staff here were SUPERB listeners and very kind and conscientious in their treatment. I felt supported and cared for. The doctors, attending nurses, and MRI tech in particular were wonderful. They offered a variety of options to guide my recovery, and they could tell I needed some extra rest and let me sleep a little without rushing me out the door. I would absolutely return here for care. Thank you for helping me through my back pain!
I greatly appreciate the care provided by Dr Brin, Colette, Jason and the rest of the team. Going to an ER room is never enjoyable - but they made it as stress free as possible. The initial wait was extremely short. I especially appreciated that they kept me informed about status and the forward plan. Dr Brin went the extra mile by referring me to a followup Dr since I was visiting in town without one. If you feel ignored by your doctors, go to Milwaukee ER—this team actually listens! After being hit by a pallet jack in August 2025, I suffered for nearly a year with severe knee, back, and abdominal pain. My primary care doctor brushed me off and refused to order scans, and physical therapy was not working!
