Went in this afternoon with a few friends and they were PACKED! Server (Nicole) let us know right away that food and drinks were running a little longer than normal which was much appreciated. My Oktoberfest came out quickly and was amazing! Food took a little bit, but when my Bacon stuff burger came out, it was well worth the wait! Great beer, food, and service made my holiday!

Service was terrible. They had a 30 min wait yet they had 18 empty tables. When we finally got seated we noticed open tables outside, 7 to be exact. I ask if we could move outside, they said no because there was a wait. We then had to ask for someone to serve us. She took our order, then never showed up again. We never got our food. After 45 minutes of waiting for our food, we walked out.

I just want to thank Sydney and Matt for a wonderful experience. The food was amazing but the customer service will keep me coming back for more. Sydney's knowledge of navigating the beer menu was a huge help and was quick to pair a entree with my beer choice.
We've been coming here for a couple of years now. Every time we visit Milwaukee it's usually our dining spot or just beer stop. The beers are great and the food is superb. We've had Victor the last two visits and he had been by far our best server here. He's always on top of things. I think next time we're in we'll be asking for him. Cheers!!

The Ale House has a great atmosphere, especially on the patio by the river...totally worth the wait. Service was excellent. We could tell our server Annie was busy & she still took good care of us; along with sharing her helpful beer knowledge! Will be back very soon! Definitely recommend!

Where to start! First off, one of the best riverside patios around with two levels of seating. Definitely try the bacon stuffed bacon burger. My friend had the ribs and was raving about them. And if you enjoy drinking beer...they have a bunch. O-Gii and Hop are Freak were my favorites. Great View, Great food, great service and great beer!!! 5 out of 5
