Best products out there. I've had mine for 8 + years with no problems what so ever. I bought countless others for friends and family and they all loved their systems. What a great product and finally something worth what you pay for!
These folks may have (or hopefully had) some customer service rudeness problems, but their product is outstanding. I purchased a 4-sensor yard guard from them probably 8 or 10 years ago, maybe longer. I use them inside of my barn and out-buildings ( two are over 1,000 feet away from our house) and all four have worked flawlessly ever since. I love my alert system, a product that has held up for over 10 years+. I had a issue with 1 sensor but it turned out it was the battery I was using, I recommend Duracell only in the motion sensors (Infrared Sensor).
