We would recommend Miltown Exteriors without hesitation. Jose and his crew did a full tear off replacing a good amount of plywood and adding ridge vent on a home we are remodeling. They finished in one day and even after telling them we have lots of outdoor work to do and clean up doesn’t need to be perfect they stayed late on a Friday to make sure everything was cleaned to their standards. I must say, Jose and his crew does an absolute wonderful job!! I have called him for an emergency a few weeks ago and he showed up and took care of a small issue for me about my roof. After I saw how he treated me with honesty and respect. I hired him and his crew to perform a whole roof tear off/install. He will most likely be my go to guy for the life of my home.
Jose was very responsive and helpful, first to replace some ridge cap shingles a few years ago, and then just yesterday to replace our entire 40 sq roof in a single day. Thanks guys!
I reached out to Jose to fix some shingle damage after a recent wind storm. After initial contact, he provided the most competitive quote out of everybody, and was able to purchase the material, and show up to the house within 2 hours same-day. The repair only took 30 minutes right before the rain started that evening. It was the best experience I've had with a contractor lately, and wish they all went this smoothly. Thank you.
