not a nice place the place is discusting.the managers yell at female customers.so do the waitresses.they start fights,put dirty fingers in the mouth.and put in the food of female customers.they are only nice to male customers.the waitresses walk away from female guests to talk to male co-workers and customers.and they ask female customers to give them money because they need it. i saw one male cook put his finger in the buffet food. and walk away and try to start fights with female customers. he is hispanic. the waitresses y... read more

I must admit This place has it all. It is not only kid friendly, but the atmosphere is relaxing and the service is great. The pizza is hearty and the slices are huge. I found this pizza to be nothing like anything I have had before, and would definitely go again. The prices aren't too shabby, but you definitely want to bring a good amount of money to really get what you like.

LOVE We LOVE Milton's. We have 2 little girls and this place is very family friendly. On Friday nights between about 5:30 and 7, the place is "kid central." But after 7 the kids clear out and it's much more peaceful. But we like to come during the kid chaos, so our little ones blend in. The pizza is yummy and the salad bar is great. The wait staff is always friendly and is patient and kind to our kiddos. They know to bring extra napkins and not to set a hot pan of pizza right in front of a toddler. Milton's Pizza & Pasta is nice. We love the food here! The staff has always been pleasant and we have not experienced the rudeness others have mentioned. The only complaint is that it's always FREEZING in the restaurant - bring a jacket! It's a fun treat to have pizza here! :)

bad the manager with long blonde hair is a rude one. she sees the rudeness of the waitresses. does not do anything. and she says nothing is wrong. alot of rude waitresses such a shay,brooke, nelly,stephanie,vanessa and hostess ellie. and rude jill,waitress. they are all rude to females nice to male only. they will talk back rude,not busy not appoarch the females at the table,stand in front of the female and not move.walk away while talking to female customers and not come back. put the bill on the table and leave .and not co... read more

Great Lunch Buffet I love the lunch buffet here. I can get a sampling of lots of delicious food -- salad, pasta, chicken, pizza, chicken parmesan -- and fantastic desserts. The servers are always pleasant and if your favorite item is missing from the buffet, they'll get you a serving!

Not World Class, But Close While I respect the comment by Iu I below, I must say that I think it represents a minority point of view. I can guarantee you that most Milton's customers are long time repeat customers who speak very highly of the service and the staff. My wife and I have been going to Miltons on Six Forks once or twice a week for the past 23 years. The food is not world class. We do not expect that for $9-11 per entree.
