The best Not only is the food great, wonderful prices, and the staff friendly and always willing to do that one extra thing you ask but they are very family friendly. One of our favorite places to go.

Favorite Casual Restaurant in Raleigh Good Value for the money and my favorite pizza in Raleigh. One of the few place the whole family (4 Kids) enjoys.
Great Lunch Buffet I love the lunch buffet here. I can get a sampling of lots of delicious food -- salad, pasta, chicken, pizza, chicken parmesan -- and fantastic desserts. The servers are always pleasant and if your favorite item is missing from the buffet, they'll get you a serving!
Milton's has great food and great prices! My husband and I love to take out of town visitors to Miltons! The food is great and the prices are affordable. In addition, they have some kind of special deal every day!
Bad service, bad food I went to the Milton's in Wakefield last night and was unimpressed, the service was extremely overbearing and the quality of the food isn't worth the prices. My husband and I shared a large pizza that tasted no better than Pizza Hut. They call themselves an Italian restaurant yet they sell a significant amount of American food. A Great Find!!!! I just ate at this wonderful restaurant today, and let me tell you I am glad that I did. This place is the best deal that I have found in a long time. For $7.50 you can have some of the best Italian in the triangle for lunch. The buffet is huge, the calzones are the best in raleigh, and the pizza is hand tossed and delicious. Great buffet, inexpensive, tasty pizza, nice outdoor seating Milton's Pizza & Pasta has a great inexpensive buffet, tasty pizza & pasta, and a nice outdoor patio for those who prefer to eat outside (in the spring and summer). The outdoor patio has a TV to entertain children while the adults talk. The restaurant is family-owned and tastefully decorated. The buffet makes it easy to stop by on your lunch break, or take the family out for dinner. Everyone is sure to find something they like.
