Could never get a new vechicle. John Moten was great in helping us will definitely be getting second vechicle from them for the hubby....
We bought a 2018 Durango GT a few months ago. We have attempted to go in for an oil change right after we purchased it and waited over 4 hours and never did get oil changed after they kept saying it would take 30-45 minutes. Have attempted to get some warranty work done for few issues that are getting Worse, and the earliest can get in is in December. Apparently when purchase brand new vehicle from here they really don’t care about making sure you can get it taken care of. Never will recommend or purchase here again, which i... read more
