Milton Ruben Chevrolet sent me a $30 coupon for an oil change and Monday I still paid $59. The person that took my payment told me I couldn’t use it because I got a tire rotation then my service rep told me I got my tire rotated for free but I had to print out the coupon. For 2 years I have been getting all my oil changes from them with the same coupons using my phone.
