The service department is horrible. I brought my Dodge Journey to your service department and I was lied to several times. First Mike of the service department tried to pretend like there was nothing wrong it. Next he said I had broken struts and said he fixed them. needless to say my truck is still making the SAME EXACT NOISE!!!!!!! This is really irritating on so many levels. I waited for two hours for a scheduled oil change on 3/29/2019. All the while customers who came in after me getting the same service were completed before me without any explanation of the wait. Although I did ask the two friendly young ladies at the service desk who then in fact went to find out the status of my vehicle. Amber who wasn’t so friendly never gave me an explanation of why I was still waiting she only said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes.
