Called 3 weeks in advance to order tires for my truck. Appt set for today 7/11 at 9. Get the the dealer and Jessie did not order my tires. Took time out of my Saturday morning and drove 30 minute for this crap!!!!!! You will never get another dime out of my pocket.
Great service experience Ryan service advisor was helpful and communicated with me every step of the process. Ryan offered suggestions and recommendations to me since this was the first major service interval for my 2020 Silverado. Also, the service advisors were able to communicate via text which was extremely helpful given my job makes it difficult to answer the phone several times a day. I would definitely recommend Milton Ruben Chevrolet for all of your factory service work.
