Dropped my Truck off and was told 24-48 hours to Diagnose the transmission. It sat there for 5 days and was not touched. Austin Adams told me there was 95 cars in front of me and I went and picked it up.
Customer service is amazing at Chevrolet. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. Great Job. The sales stuff is pleasant, always kind and acknowledging
I had the worst service experience at Milton Ruben Chevrolet. I had to call multiple times to get the status of my vehicle repairs, and when I finally got my car back, it was still not fixed. I was charged a diagnostic fee, only to be told that the technician couldn’t reproduce the problem. Within 45 seconds of driving my car back home after it was towed, the very problem they said they couldn’t reproduce showed up: a blown no-walk-home fuse.
