Milton is a place where it doesn't matter what treatment you need whether it's substance abuse or mental health, they accommodate by going above and beyond to help you process and reach your goals. Absolutely life changing. My experience was nothing short of excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable and great with exceptional follow up to be there. Every single staff member at Milton is amazing. Although, Natalie that runs the Saturday groups is my favorite group facilitator as she's super intuitive and involved with cr... read more

I walked into Milton Recovery Centers carrying what felt like an unbearable weight—anxiety that had taken over my days and nights, constant racing thoughts, panic that left me frozen, and a mental health struggle that had quietly eroded my sense of self for years. I was exhausted, disconnected from myself, and desperate for a real reset. From the very first call, the team at Milton made me feel seen and safe. They didn’t just treat symptoms; they wrapped me in genuine care and a clear path forward. What stood out immediately... read more

Milton recovery knows how to treat you kindly and the conditions were good but when it counts they give absolutely no help. During my stay they hemoraged staff, including a assistant director who allegedly quit over drug use, losing 2 case workers in 2 months, and both facilitators and therapists quiting, all while trying to fill the or client base to capacity. Milton is a great place for recovery. The group facilitators—Lacy, Fatima, Ingrid, and Anthony—are truly amazing and bring so much support and understanding to the process. The apartments are cozy and comfortable, making it easier to focus on healing. The techs—Natasha, Yoyo, Skip, Jeff, John, Damonte, and others—genuinely care about the clients. They take the time to sit down with you and offer real, thoughtful advice when you need it most, which makes a big difference. Director Josh stands out for his professionalism and c... read more

Daniel Horne is a fantastic case manager. If she has time, talk to Lisa, she changed my life with our deep talks. All the therapists are top notch, but have to give Randy a shout out, especially for men. The clinical director, Josh, really runs a fantastic outfit here. If you need anything, just self advocate for it. But be realistic too. You’re already housed on the water, look at the positives.
