They charged for something we didn’t agree on. I went in the dealer for the oil change and tire rotation and they charged to balance them as well. The tires didn’t need balancing if they were shaking I would let them do it but they were not shaking. Totally disappointed in this aspect of their service I have been with them a long time and this was under handed. Always get excellent service in a timely way. Very friendly folks too.
I am hoping the service was performed as requested. My suggestion would be that the “service minders” be checked before the vehicle is delivered to the customer — even though my vehicle had just an oil change, the “percentage” was still showing 50%, not 100%. Also, the sticker reminder for the next oil change had not been updated — old window sticker showing old date/mileage was still on the windshield. I guess I can only HOPE that the oil change was actually performed!
