I have been a customer of MM since 2011, because of Tot Ingram. Tot has always taken care of all my auto services to my 100% satisfaction. He has also taken care of some boo boos I did, myself, to the exterior of the car, and made those unbelievably, unnoticeable. He has always explained everything to me, and I have always trusted Tot to take care of me, just as he would his own. Tot Ingram is a "do care" employee of MM, and MM is lucky to have him. I have been a customer for over 6 years and recently got the worst treatment. My son took my car in for an oil change and maintenance. They took the car for a wash and took the radio antenna off and did not put it back after. My son noticed after he came home. He has called several times to get it replaced and keeps getting the run around. "Oh, We can't find it." "Oh, We're looking for it." For Christ's sake, order one and send it to me. It will not break your budget to admit you messed up and give me a new antenna. Meantime... read more
