After wife took her 07 4Runner that had an appointment scheduled for drain and fill (transmission). When she got there they told her they can't do it because it doesn't have a dipstick. I know plenty of other people who own a 4th generation 4Runner that have had it done. So after a waste of an hour and a half driving and a day off work, why couldn't you tell us you wouldn't do it over the phone?
