I had a very good experience with this dealers salesman and finance manager. Did not go back and forth jerking me around. Very smooth transaction and less stress. Very thorough explanation of Bells and whistles on vehicle. Would highly recommend them.
I took my Sienna in to solve a problem with a drain in the battery. They were unable to find anything and kept it three days to figure it out. They were very apologetic and paid for all but a day of my rental when they were under no obligation to do so under warranty. Yamyly was very helpful and kind, even though it is very hard to find an electronic problem then comes and goes. I appreciate the effort. Will definitely come back for other warranty issues or upkeep. Thank you Yamyly!
