They were very patient and honest with me about the repairs my car needed. Told me it wasn’t cost effective for me to repair it even though I cost them.
We bought our 4Runner here and get maintenance here too. Nice staff and comfortable waiting area with wifi, free snacks/drinks.

The customer service is great. They care about their customers and strive to help you the best they can. When you have maintain done on your car-oil change, tire rotation or factory recall- they have shuttle that will take you to and pick you up from work.
They made the car buying process very easy! Great overall customer experience from sales to financing! I am happy with my purchase, and grateful to do business with Milton Martin!
I do not recommend using the chat feature on the web site. They do not follow through and leave you without completing the service. When I got to the service they appeared to do the work cpmpetently.
